Join me for a weekly online Mat Class, usually on Saturday mornings at 9:30am (UK Time).
The class recording is then sent out and available to rewatch as many times as you like for 7 days.
The classes are Mixed Level (therefore a challenge for everyone), and sometimes use props (ball, hand weights, band).
