Join our expert-led workshop for mothers more than 6 weeks postpartum, designed to help you return to exercise safely and confidently.
Over the course of 2 hours, the workshop will cover the following:
Informative talk with Rosie, a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist: Get the facts on pelvic floor recovery, safe core strengthening, and what to expect post-birth. Rosie will also offer a check for diastasis (abdominal separation).
Gentle Pilates class with Clara, a Pre- and Postnatal Certified Pilates Instructor: A safe and effective class tailored to your post-natal body, with guidance on how to adapt movements
Tea & Cake: A chance to relax, chat, and get your questions answered.
Babies are welcome (non crawling), although there is no shame in wanting to take this opportunity to carve out a bit of me-time without baby!

Clara will not be giving any medical advice during the workshop - this is all about movement and exercise.
By taking part in this class, you agree to follow the instruction and advice from Rosie and Clara during the workshop to ensure safe practice, and you take responsibility for any injuries or loss incurred during the session.
If you bring your baby along, you acknowledge you will be fully responsible for them throughout.
