Returning to Movement Postnatal Workshop

Join our expert-led workshop for mothers more than 6 weeks postpartum, designed to help you return to exercise safely and confidently.

Over the course of 2 hours, the workshop will cover the following:

  • Informative talk with Rosie, a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist: Get the facts on pelvic floor recovery, safe core strengthening, and what to expect post-birth. Rosie will also offer a check for diastasis (abdominal separation).

  • Gentle Pilates class with Clara, a Pre- and Postnatal Certified Pilates Instructor: A safe and effective class tailored to your post-natal body, with guidance on how to adapt movements

  • Tea & Cake: A chance to relax, chat, and get your questions answered.

Babies are welcome (non crawling), although there is no shame in wanting to take this opportunity to carve out a bit of me-time without baby! The event is held in a feeding friendly space (microwave and boiling water available)
